Colorado Access Fill-a-Fridge Volunteer Form
If you are stocking the fridge, please list the item you are providing. Also, we would appreciate if would alert us with any items that need to be replenished or needed. Restock should be on Mondays and Wednesdays.
If you are cleaning the fridge, please record expired items thrown out, and the amount along with what needs to be restocked. Cleaning will be once a month every 4th Thursday of the month. Items that will expire within 2-3 days should be given out immediately or tossed. Wipes will be located on top of the fridge please make sure to wipe down inside and outside of fridge, please.
